The aim of this is to ensure continual improvement and individual growth through updating skills and learning the latest techniques, applications and product knowledge.
Staff also undergoes accredited high level qualifications! For example, many of our staff has undertaken the Wella Master in Colour award for colourists. Equivalent to a university degree, this remains the highest colourist qualification attainable.
Those who get this qualification attend the Wella annual colour congress. Here, they have access to world class stylists and new colours before they become available to the general public. This information is fed down to the other staff and naturally benefits the clients.
